We start with the original deck and railing above. We then discovered the rot in stair stringers and had to replace them all with standard stringers. Used two metal posts to stop the railing from attaching to the home. Nice project as the condensed lattice work is all framed and adds to the finished beauty of the home.

  • Encorporated two metal posts against the home instead of connecting the railing directly to the siding.
  • Stair and deck railing is now fully PVC
  • AZEK risers were used and will never rot
